Step 1 - A 30 minute call to discuss your requirement, make sure we can support, answer any questions you have for us and send you over the paperwork.
Step 2 - Following receipt of the contract we will schedule an 'implementation meeting' with your bespoke virtual assistant to talk through all the details. Your VA will send you an agenda in advance so you have time to prepare.
